OUTBREAK - AH re epidemic scare

Anybody consider OUTBREAK a good AH story ? I 1st saw it at the cinema when it came out approx 10 yrs ago, and really appreciated the premise of the film based on some unstoppable pandemic.

An AH story is set twenty years after the plague decimates people, at around today's date. In that AH the plague was contained and there would have been no significant changes to our world.
Now if 1918 had killed a third of the world's population...
