AH Challenge: Banana Wars 1936

In OTL, the Banana wars finally ended in 1934 as the US pulled out of Haiti.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to start a new, more intense round of Banana Wars before 1938, POD no earlier than January 1935 (feel free to mess with the 1936 election, bearing in mind in OTL it was extremely one-sided).

Bonus points if you can come up with a rational timeline where the US winds up occupying all of Central America down to and including the Canal Zone.

Inspired by another thread and a computer game I'm playing. Have fun!

1936 is hard, but 1937 is really easy.
Have the Guatemalans or Costa Ricans misstep in February 1937, after FDR somehow looses Re-election. Like a Socialist/Communist/Liberal Coup, leading to attempts at reducing the power of Dole or United Fruit.
The Marines will be there in a Week.

Agreed, but I'm having a hard time coming up with a POD (short of him dying early) for FDR to loose.
