Odd thought Hapsberg late Grosse Deutchland

I was wondering what might happen in Nazi Germany were defeated early- either in Czech war, or perhaps there were plans and resources for an offensive in 1939, or maybe weather happens differently and the Germans are deadlocked.

There was not such a strong idea of creating democracies. Plainly the allies would insist on ending Nazi power.

WI germany were allowed to keep Anschluss with a Hapsberg based semi constitutional monarchy.

?

I cant think of coherent reason this wouldn't work however a thought

- If Germany lost so completely that early wouldn't France be a bigger factor than our time line.

- This would probably mean that Germany would have to cut down as much as possible in order to appease them

-the easiest way to do that is to split nations from it?

-also why would Germany accept a Hapsburg?
