Brown vs Board of Education, Rosa Parks in 1912

WI Supreme Court in the fall of 1912 decides the case of brown vs. the board of Education and Rosa Parks gets involved down south over eating at a restaurant.What happens next-civil rights movement starts earlier?What does the new administration do in spring of 1913 IF it is Wilson?WI MLKing and SCLC are around THEN?What next?

My guess: Bad Things Happen to black activists and few people care. By the time the indignation reaches a wider public, the cause will have been adopted by Socialist groups, and come the Red Scare five or so years later, both major parties will politically align themselves against Civil Rights (the Republicans in the interest of the industrialists and in opposition to such 'Socialist nonsense', the Democrats over their allegiance to the South and the hard-working White American).

Ok-What about the Bull Moose Party or Progressive party?What does this do to women's suffrage and prohibition movement as well?
