Turtledove reward
Of course I understand that Turtledove is the most prestigious prize for timelines and other AH work in the world.
But I don't really understand the process, timing, and frequency of the determination of the winners. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks |

What questions did you have about the process? Basically we nominate timelines we like, and then we vote on them. We do this once a year, usually around February of each year.

Yeah, when do the results of the voting get tallied up, and when do we decide the final winners?

The polls close on February 18. The winners should be announced within a few days after that, unless run-offs are necessary.

I visited a voting thread once, but it seemed already closed.
Actually, I don't even think I would find it again here ... And btw, every individual member has arbitrarily many votes? |

Er, forget my stupid stammering above. Found everything, and distributed some votes ...
Note to self: I should really, really start to read that "Blame Thande" TL. It seems to stretch over all eras ... |
