Worse 1958 race riots

WI the Aug 1958 Nottingham and Notting Hill race riots had been much worse than OTL ? In terms of a greater incidence of racist white mobs attacking black ppl in the streets, greater police indifference or disproportionate arrests against blacks defending themselves, resulting in a wider backlash amongst West Indian immigrants in other places like Brixton, more racial disturbances spreading to other places with large black populations, and the armed forces needing to be called in to restore order, as occurred in the US 1919 Red Summer and 1943 Detroit race riots ? What would've been the impact on Britain's immigration and race relations policies with much worse racial disturbances in 1958, and Britain's perception both within the Cth and in the wider world ? WI there'd also been an acquittal or lesser sentence of the 9 white youths who'd initiated violence by ganging up on and attacking individual blacks, instead of the 4-yr prison sentences they received, and WI there'd been more instances of racially-motivated murders along the lines of the Kelso Cochrane case in 1959 ?
