Difference between links in Web Guide and Directory?

Are there any links that are in the web guide that aren't in the directory, and vice versa?

In any case, I found the homepage of a SHWI member, Mike Ralls, with multiple TLs: http://www.geocities.com/misterralls/AH.html

I'm thinking that since AH.com is the rightful center of all things AH, there needs to be some sort of link to the online AH community.

For one thing, there's a lack of awareness of the existence of online alternate history blogs.
