Roughly the Same path but with more Genetic Diversity. So Blue Hair might become a real natural hair color for the Population overall. (Minor tweaks in pigmentation really.)

Humanity honestly couldn't change much between then and the development of Agriculture. environmental Conditions would have kept the population down anyway.
