Challenge: Austrian Flag as the flag of a United Germany
Your challenge, chaps, is to have the Austrian flag of Red-White-Red as the flag of a (at least mostly) United Germany. The PoD must be from 1790 to 1890 BUT no using the classic 'Haspurgs accept Frankfurt Parliaments Crown' and then have some sort of coup and end up with an Austrian Germany.
Germany must be united with at least the following cities connected contigously (SP!): Munich Frankfurt Hannover Hamburg Weimar Suprisingly, Vienna is not needed, if you can convince Germany to adopt Austrias flag. Berlin is not included because as in OTL Austria did not join the Reich, Prussia does not need to in this ATL, except for the Rhineland which should be included. The Flag can be defaced in any way. Get cracking!
