Beatles what if: Stuart Sutcliffe remains alive

When the Beatles were in there Hamburg days, member Stuart Sutcliffe died from a intracranial hemorrhage he received in a fight, what if that fight never happened?

Assuming that that fight was the cause of his death, I don't think much changes, at least initially. Sutcliffe had already left the group at the time of his death.

He stays in Hamburg, is a moderatly successful artist. If the group becomes successful as per otl, I would expect Stu to work on album artwork eventually. This may also effect Lennon somehow.

Well, he'd already left the band when he was killed, but if he lives instead, once the Fabs take off he might be tapped to do one or more of their early album covers. However we could wind up with a different looking Revolver or Pepper, which I think is kind of a bad thing. They look great as is, but YMMV.
