WI Meech ratified?
If the Meech Lake Accord was ratified in 1990, how would Canadian politics have been affected? IOTL Bouchard left the PCs, formed the BQ, tried to poach Tory MPs while coordinating with the Parizite and his point man Landry. This probably means no BQ, hence no minority governments. But how would the QC situation have changed?
