Different Central Europe
Okay, how does one get a German kingdom including the netherlands, austria, and flanders; a Czech kingdom including Silesia, Saxony, and southern brandenburg; and a Polish Kingdom including Mecklenburg vorpommern, east Prussia and east brandenburg?

Hmmm, maybe a more successful Ottokar II gets to be Emperor as does his son Waclaw who includes Poland into the HRE with wars against France adding Flanders.
Waclaw has several sons who each get a different Kingdom under the King of Germany who is Emperor....
