Map of tripatition occupation of Germany

I found this interesting map on google pictures

What if (something like) this occupation was used?
Interesting USSR would still get most of DDRs industry.

For this to happen

1) The UK and USA will have to be a lot more successful. The Soviets aren't going to give up a lot of territory they expect to take for themselves.

2) Either the D-Day arrangement of Americans on the right, Brits on the left, will have to be switched or the US/UK zone is going to have to be run as one from the start.

3) We'll have to have a really arrogant drawing of boundaries by distant bureaucrats. How hard is it to base borders on local subdivisions?
