French Hawachas in the Hundred Years War

1390:
A young man in Korea demonstrates the Hawacha to a group of French Traders. They are impressed enough to assassinate the traders form the other nations so that word reaches enemies of France later rather than sooner.

1392:

The first prototype Hawacha is built in France. In a demonstration it slaughters a herd of cows.

[I'm open for suggestions on where to go from here, but this is the 'Fact Track' for the DBWI 'Engine' on French Hawachas. I will edit it later on with suggestions, but use both threads and we'll see how it goes?]

I suspect it turns into another ingenious, overcomplex and malfunction-prone application of gunpowder weaponry that establishes itself on Europe's battlefields until it is displaced by tube artillery in the 1500s.

This project is subject to additions by other people, in part with the DBWI about the same idea I'm looking for additions, not just random comments. If you can help, sure add on some more history, but don't just ask questions, play along!

Just pretend to be alternate you in the parameters stated in the first post. In this case, it's pretending to live in a world where French has become the dominant language becuase of their stunning defeat of all of Europe using the Hawacha.

Some people think that AH consists of just making stuff up for the hell of it. Plausibility? Never heard of it.

Yeah man, just because I provide a few years in the middle of a proposed time line means everything else went exactly as OTL did up to those points. Did you not read this? I'm trying to ask people for more descriptions of the past and future from those points. If you're not going to contribute don't start insulting me.

I understand what DBWI is, I just meant that I don't entirely understand the interest in it. Not a dig at you or other DBWI posters, I just felt like I needed to make a comment in reply to your explanation. And now I've had to make another final comment, hehe. But yeah, I'm going to slink out of this thread now before I further cause an unintended ruckuss.
