Interesting one. If that were a Franco-British Union flag though, that would be a very French-dominant one!

That's possible considering during the Union of the Crowns there were two versions of the Union Jack for use in England and in Scotland (below) and there remain two versions of the Royal Coat of Arms, the English one with England dominant symbolism and the Scottish one with the reverse.
