A different Kinsale

Kinsale, January 3rd 1602

"The columns of Richard Tyrell, Aodh O'Neill and O'Donaill manage to arrive during the night. O'Neill occupies a hill near Kinsale, when the english general Montjoy tries to expell him from his position the forces of O'Nell and O'Donaill appear from the marshes cutting him from the rest of his army. The spaniards of Juan del Águila attacked the rest of the english forces obtaining a major victory."

IOTL the irish columns arrived late and the spanish forces were not able to link with them and were defeated.

What could the consequences of this victory be? The irish clan leaders had vowed loyalty to Philip III, could we have a Spanish Ireland? An Independent Ireland with a Hapsburg king?
