DBWI: The KKK turned radical

Whitewings

Banned
We all know about the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan. Many have seen the stunt shows they occasionally put on, and most have had to put up with their intermittent revels. Many of us know their origin in the southern US, with men who had trouble adjusting to civilian life, and would get together every now and again, at which time they'd get drunk, put on silly costumes, then get on their horses and ride around going "booga-booga" at people. Annoying, but harmless. But at one point, a former Confederate general (General Nitwit, as I think of him) got the bright idea of turning this bunch into a "great army for protecting Southern values," which basically meant, so far as I can tell, racism, reactionism, and just generally being a jerk to anyone not a plantation owner. He succeeded about as well as an average anchor floats, but what if he'd actually managed it?
