Changine Namespaces

Is there any way to modify or add namespaces to existing articles, and what would be the correct formatting (if any) for a namespace within a namespace. I tried looking at the docuwiki article but found it rather unintelligible, unfortunately. I'd also like to know who to go to get an article deleted from the wiki (I believe I may have created an unnecessary duplicate trying to investigate the first issue.)

Just create a new article/page under the namespace you want to move it to (with the article having the same name as the original or a modified name). Then copy the contents of the original article/page that you want to move. Paste them into the newly created page. Save. Delete all the text from the original article/page and save it as well. Done.
