More Successfull Revolutionary Quebec Attack

The US attack on Quebec in the 1770's is far more successfull. We vacinate the troops, employ Rodgers, etc. The campaign goes from success to success as recruits flock to the colors and Lake Champlain is the keystone of the US.
Which causes loyalists from Canada to flee to the southern colonies. In OTL the southern colonies were touch and go for the US. In this ATL they are much more firmly Tory because of the loyalist refugees. Newfoundland gets more of the Tories, too.
The dividing line is drawn along the Chesapeake. I assume the Delmarva peninsula stays Revolutionary as in OTL, and the British want to make sure the revolution ends before the whole of North America is lost and the French get involved. Not to mention the Spanish and the Dutch. Losing Quebec unnerved them. Maybe King George drops dead and the Crown Prince wants to settle grudges with his father's supporters/
So Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Western Maryland are all loyalist, along with Newfoundland.
Delmarva, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Connecticutt, Rhode Island, Massachucetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Nova Scotia and the Islands, New Brunswick, Quebec, and Upper Canada.
The dividing line in the west is the watershed of the Ohio to the south, and the Missouri to the west. So Alabama, Missisippi, Louisiana, Tennesse and south Kentucky are all British. North Kentucky, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, etc, are all US.

The Articles of Confederation are the same, pretty much. No indentured servants, and slaves must be returned. A more merchant marine oriented naval policy sees the US build up a sizeable naval force. There is no War of 1812 because the British aren't looking for the hurt involved.
There is also no war of 1812 because without the war with Britain the French government isn't weakened enough to fall to the revolutionaries. No Napoleon, either.
There is no sugar beet industry because Napoleon doesn't start the continental boycott of the sugar cane industry. There are no French refugees from Haiti because there is no revolution. Whitney doesn't meet that lady refugee and there is no cotton gin. Thus there is no Civil War caused by the North giving up slavery before the South, either.
There is some aggravation between the South and the North about white indentured servants fleeing north to escape indenture. This is especially true of the Irish and Scots. The Black slaves also escape, because they are not going to be turned into the British by the US.
The US does eventually get rid of slavery as the cost of immigrating to the US goes down. There aren't as many refugees from the Napoleonic wars as in OTL, but the US has no indentured servants and higher wages, and it will take people from any country. They come pretty much as in OTL.
So what do people fight about on this time line?
