With a POD sometime after the initiation of hostilities, have Germany win some territorial concessions out of WII, for the most part have been considered victorious, but nevertheless by the year 2000 view Hitler (and the original Nazis) in a non-to-positive light. At least no better the modern Russians view Stalin. Bonus if the Nazi party is no-longer around, or at least not governing.
