I agree, but the common Strategic observation for an attempted Eastward advance in place of move on Kiew in September [Stoffi POV], is the poor state of railworks to ship needed supplies east. Even Stoffi makes allowances for recovering trains in place of destroying them in order to 'fuel' such an advance.
