Too much effort for me, sorry. I would have to fuss over that, when nobody but you cares. And it would be 20 white dots, at most.

If you want to make a state west of Pennsylvania Democratic, make them Indiana and Missouri, not Illinois and Missouri.

I did this on request, and mixed up Indiana and Illinois... Fixed.
