I just used the first National Flag. Didn't do so hot on editing the slightly blue shades around the stars, though. When I did the stars ended up really pixelated.

Oh that's fine. It looks like this one is centered in Guayaquil instead of Quito (since the city of Guayaquil uses something based off the first national Flag).

I just looked at the flags of Ecuador, Gran Colombia, New Granada, etm. and found that one stuck out the most.

I would like to request a map where France has gained the West Bank of the Rhine, and Austria has gained Silesia, Bavaria (and the other German states that weren't in the North German Federation), and a very minimal amount of Polish territory from Imperial Germany and Russia. Also, Transleithania has seperated from Cisleithania as an independent Hungary. They have taken Dalmatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, but have lost a small amount of territory near Austrian Poland. Romania has some (but not all) of Transylvania; Montenegro is split between Mega-Hungary and Serbia. Ottoman territories in the Balkans have been split between Greece, Serbia, and Bulgaria; the Ottomans have balkanized (there is an Armenian state in a portion of Northern Anatolia; you can be creative with the other nations). Spain, France, Britain, the UK, Italy, and Austria all have possessions in and around the Mediterranean (Italy must have at least Tunisia and some of Libya; Austria must own at least one territory with a naval base or the capability of one). Other than all of this, remaining borders are of 1875. This map will be of Europe and the Med. only.

NOTE: I have tried this myself, as I want it for my upcoming TL, but it doesn't come out very good looking when I do it, so professional work would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here's a very simplistic version of the pan-scandinavian flag, its not measured or anything I was just messing about to see if they could be combined. Its Sweden (Yellow on Blue) over Finland (blue over white) Norway (blue over white over red) over Denmark (white over red).
