1. greater scandinavia (including novgorod and caledonia) (blue)
2. Carolingian area (yellow)
3. British-Iberian area (purple)
4. ottomans (green)
5. khanate of kazan (red)

As I understand it, his dream medieval scenario:

1) Iberia.

2) Great Britain and western France.

3) HRE and eastern France.

4) Scandinavia.

5) Byzantium

I believe Poland and Hungary fall into #3, but I'm not sure if Russia is given any mention.
