The 'no clear allies' anywhere else part is the kicker. The normal way to do this would be to have some client states and/or allies that you use as bases. Divide et impera.

If everyone suddenly becomes robots, then yes, an invasion of Europe in part or whole by 'North America' is possible and winnable at most any time post 1918.

Europe is also invade-able post 1945 with nukes...

Getting to "USA Invades Europe the way Russia invades US/Europe in COD:MW2-3" is absolutely ASB though. If you carpet nuke them The Big One style there's not much left worth invading and a conventional invasion is only possible if you don't give any fuck at all about losses of men/material.

An alt wwii where the us doesnt get involved in europe and britain surrenders to whoever wins on the continent, surely the ussr? Could be a scenario like this.

Of course the us might as likely invade the ussr across the pacific as across the atlantic, and theyd have lots of resistance fighters to help once the landed in eg ireland to start taking back europe. But its probably doable. The us would need to help mexico and brazil and india and indonesia industrialize, say, and it would be a real slog, but it should be doable.
