Microsoft Excel Help

I'm trying to create a swingometer in Microsoft Excel. As such, I've recorded the winning margins in each range and put them order (lowest left-wing vote share to the highest). But to create new elections, I would like to be able to change all these margins at once. So, how exactly does one go about adding a single number to a whole range of cells at once?

Try this (for Excel 2003):

1. Type the number you want want to add in a single cell. Edit - Copy.
2. Select the range of cells you want to increase.
3. Edit - Paste Special - Add
