A question about shameless self-promotion

Hi everyone (and in particular mods)

As some of you may know I post AH-fiction here from time to time (mostly via Hairog's WWIII-timeline). I now have my first ebook up (non AH fiction) at Amazon, and I would like to do a promotional blurp for it here - since it is available for free for a couple of days.

But where is that allowed - if at all? Non political chat?

And if it is not allowed, absolutely no problem! I'd rather know now than at the time when I receive a spam-hunter-killer-robot in my mail! :-)
