Canada and Argentina as well as USA in Bay of Pigs

Hi everyone,
I've been wondering: If Canada had been a member of the OAS in 1961, and Argentina were much more developed, would the Bay of Pigs invasion have succeeded? In other words, if Canada and Argentina, in those circumstances, had helped the US instigate that invasion, would it have tipped the balance and cause the US, and not Cuba, to win Bay of Pigs?
