Map request: USA in 1783

I would like to request a map of the US in 1783, with rivers and state boundaries from that time, but the following changes:

-US as of OTL Treaty of Paris 1783
-includes Nova Scotia and Quebec/Canada as states
-includes the Bahamas and Bermuda.
-Rupert's Land and Newfoundland are still British

If possible, one of the BAM's that would be easily editable to add additional states later on, and edit the borders of the original 15 states for this timeline.
