Jewish SSR POD competition- Discussion thread

As a continune from the flags competition in the media forum, I declare a POD competition. The rules are just like the flag competition's rules: You tell us your PODs, you discuss them, you finalize them, I choose the 3 best, a poll, a winner. Now, special rules:
1. The TL must involve a state around Israel territory today with the capital of Jerusalem or west Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv.
2. The state must be called the Jewish Soviet Socialist Republic (probably with a nickname "Israel").
3. It must have a Communist regime.
4. It must be part of the United Soviet Socialist Republics
5. No POD earlier than 1900


Bonus points for a POD that casues a Communist Democratic regime.
