What if no Watergate, also no Agnew scaldal? Nixon and Agnew serve two full terms

I would like to take that beyond the 1972 Presidential campaign itself. My question is this. What if there had been no Watergate? Because there is no watergate Richard Nixon serves two full terms as President scandal free. Also what if there had been no scandal involving Vice-President Spiro Agnew? Agnew serves two full terms as Vice-President.

How does this change history? What would it have done to the 1976 campaign and beyond?
