Shaka State pushed Eastward

In OTL the Scythians had their stablilty taken from them by the Celts and the Thracians from the west and the Sarmatians from the east towards the end of the Third century.

What if the Scythians were instead pushed into Sarmatians and had won? Being forced to retreat from their own land but finding being sent into cities makes me think they'd adopt the culture of the Sarmatians implementing only a few of their own. However would this cause a chain effect say into Mesopotimia and India?
