Reading a book by a Swedish infiltrator into the leftist movement around 1968, he mention some discussion about setting up a international brigade fighting the Israelis on behalf of some of the Palestinian guerilla groups.

Recruiting a whole brigade might be hard but putting together a smaller unit should be possible. We are talking about an era where western youths joined terrorist organisations so it would be possible to recruit a few hundreds right there. Not to mention recruiting arabs.
