Nice map. Looks like you put a lot of work into it. But in the case of the real Washington, a more probable border would be the Columbia.

In Portuguese it's difficult to combine names like "Terra dos Cisnes" (Land of the Swans) in a single word. You can try instead "Terra dos Cysnes" to give a archaic flavour to the name.
I hope this helps.

Top notch. I particularly like the Arapaho-esque flag of Wyoming.

Well it's certainly better than OTL's, not that that's saying much

EDIT: What's the motto on Massachusetts' flag?

Colonies in the Caribbean when the political situation , but not the technological, was frozen in the High Medieval Europe.
I'm not sure about the correct transliteration of the Greek and Arabic names. (In fact I translated to Maltese rather than Arabic to avoid that problem )
Also I don't know which language the Normans use, so I decide to make it colonies of their Italian posessions.
Hope it's not too ASBish

Sure thing. Forgive the slight pixelization, however. I ran out of time to go through and vectorize it.

Not when your map gets stuck on the last post of the last page. :P

Oh, forgot to mention about that - take note about how some flags are more like banners instead of the usual rectangle. Also about how those of what would have been a former Texas Republic all have a similar flag.

Left over nationalism, perhaps?

Assuming it matches with my map the HRE and Byzantine are either too big or very unprogressive.

The Normans spoke Normand, which is related to, but different from French.
