WI: American Sports became popular in Germany

Simple question: What if baseball, basketball or American football became more popular in Germany than in OTL?

Of course they can't pass football in popularity, but still could've gained a large amount of popularity. Considering the large US-occupation zone in Germany after WWII, there could have been a chance that germans wanted to play to games the G.I's played.
