Institutions of the Weimar Republic
Assuming the Republic survived what kind of government agencies would we expect to see? Intellegence? State police? Education?

The ministries will stay the same, I´d say, unless a massive overhaul of the system takes place (unlikely)
Agencies- Reasonable would be a Criminal Police agency and/or a Federal Police Force, whose establishment failed in the late 20s. Also a reformed counter-espionage service. Some planning authority, maybe, if we asume the Federal level institutes some of the changes of OTL late 60s with Federal involvement in regional policy and development. As always, the main problem is the Federal level can use institutions of the Prussian state, which is very big, but the other states mainly lack the ressources to install them also, so we have numerous "caught in the middle" situations.

Well, Colonial Minister didn't last long, would be about as an interesting job ascontrol of all the coast defence batteries in bavaria
And of course the Minister president soon was replaced, the chancellor was reastablished, big mistake if you ask me.

Yeah well I just ran across that list on Scheidemann's wiki page. There may be a better list from the mid-20s somewhere. IIRC colonial minister position was abolished in 1919, once the remaining issues from Versailles had been thrashed out.
