WI No Yazoo Land Fraud?

Lets make a scenario where The Yazoo Land Fraud never happened. Does Georgia keep OTL Alabama and Mississippi? What Happens to The Native Americans in Georgia? Is Bourbon County still in existence?How does this affect GA history?
