This seems like the best place to put this: If possible, could someone find the COA for the House of Hauteville?

Oh! Oh, yes! Finally! I always thought it sucked that the original COA thread die out.

Now, here's some COA's from my 1967+ TL (Which I really need to update. Odin-damned writer's block!)...

Coat of Arms of the Emperor of Orion:

Arms of the Federation of Cygnus:

Hmmm. Then you'll like this:

Great Arms of the United Terran Empire:

The various blazons represent the highest titles of the Terran Emperor:
Ever-August Terran Emperor; Emperor of Jupiter, of America, or Mexico, of Germany, of Austria, and of Rome; King of Prussia, of Bohemia, of Hungary, of Italy, and of Bavaria.
And all subsidiary titles those larger ones imply.

That is one of the most beautiful works I have seen on this forum or anywhere for that matter.

Nothing too original, just a companion piece to my Celtic Confederation flag.

Very nice, though the bezants in the Cornish quarter might look better a bit more spread out, and it kind of looks like that Irish harp is backwards, but it might just be me.

And while I like the Celtic Confederation flag, I still think it would look better with the black cross of Brittany in it, rather than the Breton arms.

EDIT: Oh, and another small thing - you should probably make all the representations of gold the same shade - the same with the blue.

The harp is flipped, yes. I thought it fit into its quarter better that way.

If you can figure out how to lay out five crosses on one flag and not make it look like poo (or a Union Jack), you're a better flag designer than me. =/

*tweak*

In the end, I decided to switch the quarters of Ireland and Cornwall, to preserve the orientation of the Irish harp (if I flip the harp itself, I'll have to shrink it to make it fit and it looks bad). It kinda chafes my tits, because I'd been hoping to keep the quarters in the same positions as they are on the flag.

Anybody wanna clean it up a bit for me? Maybe add bits of symbolism for Industry, Agriculture, and Technology and such?

I came up with this concept earlier and decided to make something using it.

The CoA of the 'Magna Kenko-ji', a Vaticanesque Main Church in a region of space far away that's had no contact with Sol for 2,000 years and as such treats it semi-mythologically.

I was wondering if someone could make a cleaner version of this, without the text at the top:

Anyone know what the CoA of Brittany was prior to Pierre Mauclerc?

Was the the one that adopted Ermine? I'm not sure Brittany had one before that.
