Legal Bonaparte Succession to the British Throne
In another thread on here it was said Victoria was thinking about marrying off Napoleon (Napoléon Eugène Louis John Joseph Bonaparte - to be precise
) to a relative. What would happen if it happend? - Any obvious changes? And if you can, have the happily (or not) married couple gain the throne - legally |

Oh and doh! Sorry I was thinking in completely the wrong period
OK, so if he is to have any chance of succession his children would need to be brought up as Protestant - it is not actually necessary for him to convert from Catholicism, tho' failure to do so will render his wife unable to accede to the throne. But the children are not excluded by the exclusion of the parents, so as long as they are brought up in the Anglican faith then they can succeed Grey Wolf |

Had the german noble who started the current dynasty coverted to ANglicanism, or the local (Lutherianism?) protestanism was okay?
