This was a collection of FH conflict scenarions published in 1992, which speculated on 10 different future fullblown wars taking place between 1993-94, including:
-4th India-Pakistan War
-new Arab-Israeli conflict
-Nicaraguan Sandanista invasion of El Salvador and Honduras after Sandanistas mount coup in early 1990s against Chamorro transitional govt- involving US Army light inf and Marine forces and USN and USAF assets
-2nd Korean War- instigated after massive crackdowns on pro-democracy protesters in the South and withdrawal of US ground and supporting forces in ROK, causing DPRK to invade in 1993, with Japanese and US air and sea intervention (including ATL 1st use of B2 Stealth bomber in combat)
-Russian Civil War after dissolution of USSR- between Russia and other ex-Soviet republics
-Libya and Sudan go to war against Egypt

I read this one.. the main item that stuck in my mind was the Israeli one. It mentioned the 'unthinkable' idea that Sharon would be elected as PM, with an undertone that it would be a really shocking and unlikely thing to happen. If only he had known...
