Map Continuation X - Map 3 - Meganesia and the East Indies
Map Continuation X Meganesia and the East Indies Areas coloured grey on the map are NOT allowed to be claimed on, as they are part of other continents. Borders must be ONE PIXEL THICK and coloured black. The map must always be saved as a PNG image. The moderators are myself, Benkarnell, Trovador and Knepah, and we have reserve a right to alter borders slightly if we see fit. Note that you may claim several nations on one continent, but try to keep it to no more than two unless we need more. I claim 'Dano-Netherlands Timor, D-N Polynesia, and the Kingdom of Majapahit. |

Scottish-Norwegian East Indies, as well as the New Hebrides (OTL's New Caledonia) and Foldland (North Island).
Also I am glad that Meganesia got accepted.

Is that colony really worth it? I would've thought Tasmania would just be a part of a Meganesian colony, because its not really worth much on its own, and it would be part of the Portuguese sphere given that they probably colonised Meganesia.

It was the last thing unclaimed, maybe? I could expand the Swedish claim to part of southern Australia.

I claim Mayi.
I marked the territories of Mayi as red.

I looked Mayi up and it appears to have stopped existing well before the POD of 1400. Also Mayi existed on a different island.

I added the Khmer Empire in Kalimantan. In this history, the Khmer Empire did not crumble and began exploring the seas until the European Colonial Age invaded and crippled the remaining Khmer holdings.

The Kingdom of Tondo was also called Mayi in the annals of China, I call the Kingdom of Tondo as Mayi as well..

I agree that Tasmania is not the most viable of the colonies...
Here's my proposal: Mauretanan Aceh (and Mauretanan Illas Bissenas) and the Swedish protectorate of Sumatra. |

Based on what we have seen so far, I think that the level of European control in this region would be somewhat less than in OTL (less than 100%, in other words) but still very substantial. Those home-grown kingdoms that do appear will mostly be dependencies on some level of colonial powers. |

How about a slice of Borneo for Japan?
I also included the Philippines and Hawaii
