The League of Small Nations

What if a League of Small nations was formed?

Backstory:

May, 08, 2004

We, the founding members of the league of small nations declare a alliance between small states. To provide aid, to protect nation's rights and to ensure our continued existance.

The charter is signed by representatives from:
Tuvalu
Nauru
Palau
San Marino
Monaco
Saint Kitts and Nevis
Marshall Islands
Antigua and Barbuda
Andorra
Dominica
Seychelles
Grenada
Kiribati
Tonga
Federated States of Micronesia
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
Saint Lucia'
São Tomé and Prêncipe
Sovereign Military Order of Malta
Luxembourg

Also signing are nations are that are not officially nations, and are granted observer status in the LOSN headquarters in Luxembourg, Luxembourg:
Seborga
Hutt River Province
Sealand

---

So what would this "Pro-Country" alliance of little nations have on the world? Where would it stand on issues like Israel, Chechnya etc. etc.?

Luxembourg City is a delightful place to have the HQ. Also, the JFK bridge in the background would be a great counterpoint, a constant reminder of their purpose

Would the "Various Native American peoples" be consistant, or for that matter, be acceptable to the USA? Like you might discover that the first issue that the League has is the "invasion" of part of it by America.
