WI France was able to keep Acadia after the War of the Spanish Succession? Would it become part of British North America after the Seven Years' War (or TTL's analog)?

This is three months earlier than OTL. IOTL he didn't get to Scotland till Dec, After the War was over.

My Spainish Morocco, and Itailian Libya in SME Come from this TL.
