ATL - uncompleted works completed

How would hist have been changed had certain books and other works which were never completed OTL, actually been finished by their authors ? Say, if Samuel Taylor Coleridge had managed to finish his opium-induced poem 'Kubali Khan' instead of being distracted immediately after he'd written it, and then later forgetting what else he saw of Xanadu in that dream ? Anybody know of any other such incomplete works ?

There are lots more. You could add the AENEID and possibly the TALE OF GENJI. But a more interesting question would be what would happen if all the missing manuscripts turned up. According to M I Finley, we know the names of over 150 Greek writers of tragedy. The only ones we have works by are Aeschylus, Sophocles, and Euripides- and only 32 plays of the 300 they are known to have written. But while it might be interesting if works of this sort turned up, suppose we found a historian's library dating from, say, 2nd CE? The missing bits of Livy, Tacitus, Polybius, and the rest. The autobiography of Sulla, Claudius's book on the Etruscans, etc. Would we have mass suicides of ancient historians as surmise after surmise founded on scanty evidence was proved incorrect?

There was a short story in Analog on this. Timelines were identical except for what works were completed, and crosstime trade was in such works.

Wasn't Asimov's resurrection of his Foundation series finished after his death by someone else ?
