Chernobyl USA: 4 New York Nuclear Power Stations Hit on 911

WI the terrorists on 911 had instead succeeded in simultaneously plowing their aircraft into the four nuclear power stations in New York State, creating four instant Chernobyls?

Whilst the immediate number of those killed would be only in the hundreds, vast clouds of radioactive spume would blanket the state and threaten the whole of the east coast: panic, mass evacuations, lingering death and disease. By now, despite a massive clear up operation, vast areas would still be uninhabitable for decades. The economic and societal dislocation would be enormous, with 30 million people having to be relocated in the west and central USA. How would things have differed from OTL , & would or could Bush's revenge have been more drastic?

Domes

IIRC those Domes on the US designed Nuke plants are suppossely made of reinforced concrete designed to withstand a direct impact of a 747. I would hope that as soon as the first plane hit. The system would warn and Scram all the other plants in the Country.

IIRC, the WTC was also supposed to survive a hit by a 747. And would there be time to scram the other plants, except maybe the last, especially as the first was originally thought to be an isolated accident?
