2nd SS Panzer identified:Arnhem drop still goes ahead

WI Allied intelligence had clearly identified the presence & threat of Bittrich's 2nd SS Panzer Division revictualising at Arnhem 5 days before the 17 September drop? Would the whole of Market Garden have immediately been called off? Or would they have gone ahead with a revised plan: a more cautious one, not going that "Bridge Too Far"? Or would they have gone for an even more daring one eg one massive drop, including the Polish Brigade, not piecemeal as in OTL, much closer to Arnhem on both sides of the Rhine, & with full ultra close in air support?

With such a striking force of 8 elite divisions (XXX Corps plus the 3 airborne divisions) at his immediate disposal, Monty would be loathe to reassign them to Patton further south, and was itching to strike. In addition, the British 1st Airborne paras, who had not seen action, may have become deranged if the drop was cancelled, such was their pent up tension at having had other missions repeatedly cancelled. They were raring to go & were literally prepared to die; and in OTL one in three did, to little avail.

So keen were they to prove themselves that some of the British 1st Airborne had nervous breakdowns when their drop on Brussels, Operation Comet, September 1, was called off at the last minute.

If the German tanks had been detected with a week to spare, Market Garden would have still gone ahead, but with many more PIATS, bazookas and 6drs, and even some Hamilcar gliders bringing in Tetrarchs and Locusts.
