Treaty of London 1915

I am curious to hear what the board think would happen if the treaty was implemented and became part of the various post WW1 treaties?

I assume that Croatia and Slovenia would be independen or perhaps join in a union.

Would Serbia and Montenegro still form a joint state (now that Serbia is given its own access to the sea)?

Would it prevent the rise of faschism in Italy?

Well, for the Treaty to be uphold unless the war goes in different manner the latest PoD is Wilson getting his stroke before the conference leaving the american goverment in disarray.

From Italy side even if not eliminate the rising political violence (a three side 'war' between liberals, fascist and socialist) and economic problems, at least will preserve the goverment prestige and without the succesfull invasion of Fiume by D'Annunzio (with the terms of London kept the italian goverment will be more pressured to do something immediately) Mussolini will not have the example of the Liberal weakness, not counting the absence of the mutilated victory myth.
Benny took power is still possible but it will be much harder.

Yugoslavia will come in existence as OTL and maybe it will be more united as the fear of italian domination will be a more pressant problem in case of Croatian/Slovenian independence; Montenegro will be a little more problematic than OTL, with Rome having less pressant problem there will be more protest regarding the union with Yugoslavia, the outcome will be probably the same but expect some sour relationships.

Colonies will be much harder, probably there will be an extension of Libya and some border adjustment on Eritrea and Somalia like OTL instead of the cession of some German possession.

The Serbians might push more for the partition of Albania shown in that treaty, which would also have given Italy the land on the other side of their boot heel. There may be continued annoyance if they don't get land in Turkey or the Levant and there would still probably be calls for some of one of the German colonies, even though the British had already been distributing most to the French, Australians, New Zealanders, and South Africans and could not risk trying to take them back.
