I think you've made a typing error, because either it's not Anselm Franz's daughter you're talking about - he only had two daughters, one of whom died in infancy, and the other who became duchess of Württemberg (but she was Maria Augusta Anna) - or you've got the name wrong or you've got the dates wrong. The first "Maria Anna Josefa" I can find was Anselm Franz's granddaughter, sister of Karl Anselm - and her dates are 1766 to 1805.
Once that's out the way, said lady will marry around 1719-1720. She's not gonna marry Ferdinand because he had already been promised to his cousin since he was something like five or six (you'll notice he's the only one of Max II's kids besides Karl Albrecht who didn't end up in cleric's skirts).
Maybe she'll replace her cousin - Violante Marie Theresia - and marry Karl III, Elector Palatine. At least that marriage won't necessarily be morganatic. Other options are:
Hermann Friedrich, Prince of Hohenzollern-Hechingen (1665-1733)
Josef Franz, Prince of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen (1702-1769)
Josef Wilhelm Ernst, Prince of Furstenberg (1699-1762)
Georg Christian, Prince von Lobkowitz (1686-1753)
Karl Alexander, Duke of Württemberg-Winnental (1684-1737)
