WI: No Ricahrd Sorge

Richard Sorge was a Soviet spy in Japan during WWII. He found out about Pearl Harbor and the exact date of Barbarossa months in advance (but Stalin dismissed it so that is not important.) What I am wondering about is that Sorge proved to Stalin the Japanese were not going to invade Siberia, allowing for him to throw his entire Red Army against Hitler. What if Sorge was unable to attain the information or not exist at all? What difference would that make?

None, Stalin would have moved his armies to the Moscow front regardless of the Japanese.Moscow beats Siberia every time. If the Japanese invade send a few partisans and let the Japanese starve in the snow.
