WI: Richard Neville Earl of Warwick killed at the First Battle of St Albans

The title says it all. What if, due to a stray arrow or some other reason, the Earl of Warwick is killed at the First Battle of St Albans.

Well, that huge earldom was held in right of his wife, so an awful lot hangs on whether she remarries and if so to whom. Any thoughts?
